Our last inspection in October 2017 rated us as 'Requires Improvement' in three of the five key areas. Since the change in ownership of the business we are making every effort to increase that rating and achieve an outstanding rating. In the last six months we have implemented a number of changes to specifically address the concerns raised in the report, in addition we have made changes to the governance of the home, without impacting the effective caring elements, which have always been praised in the CQC inspections. We have put in place regular staff reviews and supervisions, improved training, regular reviews with Bucks CC and the CQC and ensuring feedback from residents families, staff and advisors. In the last six months we have also made significant investment in the fixtures and furniture within the home. We are confident that these changes will address any questions that were raised by the CQC inspectors and will consistently improve the ratings of Lime Tree Court.
